My experience working with Stanley (and is very helpful wife, Susan) could hardly have been any better! I relocated from Hawaii to the central coast for a new job this Spring without knowing anyone in the area or where I should live. After some online correspondence, I flew out to see some properties in the area and before even meeting in person Stanley literally offered me the clothes "off his back" (I didn't have appropriate business clothes with me to meet my new boss, and his boss, for lunch and Stanley offered to bring me some to borrow on our first meeting).Stanley was very thorough with his market research and showed me how far my money would go in various cities nearby. He is well informed and gave great background on the demographics for different neighborhoods. On my first trip I believe we saw about 10 houses and 5 more on my second trip. I ended up having to put in numerous offers for houses I hadn't seen in person since I was living in Hawaii. Most of these Stanley went to see on my behalf and took pictures and videos to send to me. I ended up putting about 17 offers in on various houses over a 3 month period, sometimes more than one or two a day. This is where Stanley's wife Susan was a great help! While he was running around trying to find me the best house and get the best deal, she was in contact with me and writing offers to submit. On one day when Stanley was double booked with another client she drove down to meet me in person and showed me two houses!Of the 17 offers we submitted three were accepted but the first two of these the sellers was trying to take advantage of me and thankfully I had Stanley to advise me on the situations. This is my first home purchase and I do not know anything about some of these California laws so it was a relief to have someone like him on my side. I ended up buying my hose a bit outside of the area where Stanley normally operates but he didn't hesitate when I told him I wanted this house, driving over an hour multiple times to help me make the right decision and close on my new home.You can't go wrong working with Stanley and his wife Susan trust me!

Stanley helped us purchase & sell our house all within two months of each other. Stanley has lived in the Central Coast for years and knows the market quite well. For both transactions he was extremely helpful in dealing with all issues that came up. With the sale of our home the buyer can back with an 11 hour counter and wanted a 30k reduction in price. Stanley recommended we stay the course as we had fulfilled all of our obligations for the sale. He was spot on and the sale went through. He was always available to talk to by phone or in person. He also reminded us numerous times that he was working for us and his only intention was that we have a satisfactory outcome. Thanks Stanley!

I’ve used Stanley many times to purchase and sell Real Estate, and I have never been disappointed. He has, literally, fixed sinks, installed drywall, arranged for repairs (cheaper than I could find, found me financing, and done a whole lot of stuff I’ve forgotten about to close sales. We gave Stanley the house keys, and promptly moved to another state in February. Stanley handled absolutely everything for us, and somehow managed to sell our "one of a kind" house...all of it during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic! We are so glad he was our realtor, don't know how we could have done it without him.
