Sammi Stollberg joined the Real Estate team at Better Homes and Gardens Haven Properties Santa Maria in 2025. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1998 with a degree in Kinesiology and has since been living on the Central Coast. She has enjoyed helping people through her career in Physical Therapy and is excited to continue that service through the real estate business. Her interest in real estate began in her teen years when she worked for her family business and helped manage several rental properties. She lives in Santa Maria with her husband Jim and is proud to now have her twin boys attending Cal Poly SLO. Sammi has a

strong passion for helping others and approaches life and business with a positive attitude. Sammi enjoys fitness, tennis, spending time at the family ranch in Paso Robles, food, wine, and travel.
