Sean Haidet is a second generation Realtor in San Luis Obispo County. He obtained his California Real Estate license in 2016 while continuing to work as a RE Broker in Bend, Oregon. Sean and his family have recently decided to move back to their hometown of San Luis Obispo. Sean has completed advanced training in the field of green building practices. Earning the Earth Advantage Institute STAR (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) designation which involved classroom work, site visits and testing. Brokers are able to identify home features and building products that provide greater energy, water and resource efficiency and create a healthier living environment for their clients. Born in Ontario, Ca; Sean grew up in the San Luis Obispo area after his family moved here in the early 70’s. He attended Morro Bay High School, left to attend San Diego State University, while working as a lifeguard in Point Loma. He later returned to SLO and trained as an EMT-P. Sean served for 12 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic in San Luis Obispo County before moving to Bend, Oregon in 2007. Sean and his wife JaAnn have a son, Lance, and a daughter, Kylie. In his spare time, Sean is avid bicycle enthusiast who enjoys competing in road, mountain bike and cyclocross races in addition to recreational riding.
